Ingredients

- 2 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of chopped green beans
- 1 cup of corn
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pot, boil the diced potatoes for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Add the chopped green beans and corn to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot.
- Add the diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, and butter to the pot.
- Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the potatoes.
- You can add other vegetables if you like.
- For a creamier texture, add more milk.
- Watch the baking time to avoid burning the top.
