Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pot, boil the diced potatoes for about 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Add the chopped green beans and corn to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot.
  5. Add the diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, and butter to the pot.
  6. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
