Instructions

- Add salt and pepper to taste.

- Add diced vegetables and sauté until soft.
- Mix the sautéed vegetables into the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then cut and serve.

- For extra flavor, add herbs like basil or parsley.
- Check the eggs with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it’s done.
