Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups pasta of your choice

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  5. Add zucchini slices and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with vegetables.
