These Witch Broom Cookies are a fun and spooky treat perfect for Halloween. They are easy to make and great for kids.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup finely chopped pretzels
- Chocolate chips for decoration
- Mini candy corn for broom tips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped pretzels.
- Use your hands to form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- While still warm, press a chocolate chip into each cookie to resemble a broomstick.
- Stick a piece of candy corn into the top of each cookie for the broom tip.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Use smooth peanut butter for best results.
- Make sure cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring.
- Chop pretzels finely to ensure they stick well in the dough.
