Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup finely chopped pretzels
  • Chocolate chips for decoration
  • Mini candy corn for broom tips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped pretzels.
  4. Use your hands to form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. While still warm, press a chocolate chip into each cookie to resemble a broomstick.
  9. Stick a piece of candy corn into the top of each cookie for the broom tip.
  10. Let cool completely before serving.
