Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
  3. Sprinkle thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper over the top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken in the pot and stir in the frozen peas.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
