A simple and comforting winter crockpot meal that warms you up.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups carrots, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
- Sprinkle thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken in the pot and stir in the frozen peas.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal.

- Make sure to cut the vegetables evenly for even cooking.
- Check the seasoning before serving and adjust if needed.
- You can add other vegetables like potatoes or corn if desired.
