  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup green enchilada sauce

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, half of the cheese, diced onions, garlic powder, and cumin.
  3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds to make them more pliable.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the green enchilada sauce over the top of the tortillas.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
