Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chilies, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of chicken broth on the bottom.
  4. Layer 4 tortillas over the broth, tearing them if needed to fit.
  5. Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  7. Repeat with another layer of tortillas, the remaining chicken mixture, and the remaining cheese.
  8. Pour the remaining chicken broth over the top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
