- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 8 tortillas
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chilies, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of chicken broth on the bottom.
- Layer 4 tortillas over the broth, tearing them if needed to fit.
- Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Repeat with another layer of tortillas, the remaining chicken mixture, and the remaining cheese.
- Pour the remaining chicken broth over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Adjust the amount of cheese to your preference.
- Feel free to add black beans or corn for extra flavor.
