Description
A simple and delicious white cheddar grilled cheese sandwich.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of white cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Top each slice with two slices of white cheddar cheese.
- Cover with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the sandwiches carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh bread for the best taste.
- Adjust the heat as needed to avoid burning.
- Experiment with different cheeses if desired.
