A delicious recipe for white cheddar and spinach chicken burgers that are easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Burger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined. Do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce and tomato.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure the chicken is fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- You can substitute ground turkey for ground chicken.
- For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs or spices to the mixture.
