- 2 cups of broccoli florets

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir well.

- In a separate pot, cook rice according to package instructions.
- Once rice is cooked, add it to the skillet with chicken and broccoli.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, then serve warm.
