- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- Rub olive oil over both sides of the chicken.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano evenly on the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Pour chicken broth and lemon juice around the chicken in the dish.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
