Instructions

- Wash the outer cabbage leaves thoroughly.

- Place a spoonful of the mixture in each cabbage leaf.
- Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled cabbage leaves in a baking dish.
- Pour tomato sauce over the cabbage rolls.
