Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated carrot, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in vinegar and soy sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.
- If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve warm and enjoy your cabbage dish.
