Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Start by grating the cucumber. Squeeze out excess water using a clean cloth or paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- If using, fold in chopped dill for extra flavor.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with pita bread or fresh veggies.
Notes
- Make sure to remove excess water from the cucumber to avoid a watery dip.
- Adjust garlic according to your taste preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
