- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Make sure your bananas are very ripe for better flavor.
- You can add chocolate chips or nuts to the mixture for extra taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
