Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  5. Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
