Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- Place the tomatoes cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
