- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until soft.
- Increase heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat from the pan.
- Add diced tomatoes and beef broth. Stir well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
- If using, sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to drain the fat for a healthier meal.
- Use lean ground beef for less fat.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
