- 1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Add the mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the skillet. Stir to combine.
- In a large baking dish, layer the cooked rice on the bottom.
- Pour the beef mixture over the rice.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.

- You can use any mixed vegetables you like.
- For extra flavor, add spices like paprika or Italian seasoning.
