Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and spread it evenly.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers on the side.
