Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
  4. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup and milk until combined.
  5. Spread the beef mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
