  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and bell peppers. Cook until they are soft.
  3. Stir in black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Roll up the tortillas tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  8. Serve warm at your tailgate party.
