Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well. Follow package instructions for adding water, if needed.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, mix it with the seasoned beef in the skillet.
  5. Serve taco rice in bowls and top with cheese, tomato, lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.
