A delicious and easy taco grilled cheese sandwich that combines cheesy goodness with taco flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked ground meat with taco seasoning.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add one slice of cheese on top of the bread.
- Spread the taco meat over the cheese.
- Add diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce on top of the meat.
- Place the second slice of cheese on top of the toppings.
- Top with the other slice of buttered bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use any type of cheese you like.
- Feel free to add your favorite taco toppings.
- Be careful not to burn the bread.
