A simple recipe for Taco Bell’s Beefy Melt Burrito.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat, then add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
- Spread sour cream on each tortilla.
- Add a portion of the seasoned beef, cheese, tomatoes, and onions to each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil to keep warm.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef to reduce fat.
- Feel free to customize toppings like jalapeños or guacamole.
- Make smaller burritos by using smaller tortillas.
