Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them with the seasoning.
  4. Place the chicken in a roasting pan.
  5. Arrange the carrots, potatoes, and onion around the chicken.
  6. Pour chicken broth over the vegetables.
  7. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is golden.
  10. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
