Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
  7. Fold in the fresh berries gently.
  8. Line a cupcake pan with liners and fill each liner about 2/3 full with batter.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
