  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chopped vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
