- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, salt, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and applesauce.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
