  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and applesauce.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
