  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  4. Add the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
  5. Mix everything well and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
  7. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
