- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
- Mix everything well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any color of bell peppers you like.
- Feel free to add other vegetables to the filling.
- Make sure the beef is fully cooked before mixing.
- Check for doneness by piercing the peppers with a fork.
