  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the corn, diced tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
