Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Stir in the strawberry puree until fully mixed.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  11. Before serving, top with sliced strawberries.
