Instructions
- Cut the stew meat into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the stew meat to the bowl and coat it evenly with the mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the coated meat to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes without stirring to get a nice sear.
- Stir the meat and cook for another 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
