- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Slice the steak into strips and add to the sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

- Use a meat thermometer to check steak doneness.
- Let steak rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
