Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger. Add the steak and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated steak to the pan and cook until browned. Remove from the pan.
  5. Add mixed vegetables to the same pan and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the steak back into the pan and stir everything together.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
