Description
A simple and delicious steak stir fry with a Chinese twist.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, sliced thinly
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger. Add the steak and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated steak to the pan and cook until browned. Remove from the pan.
- Add mixed vegetables to the same pan and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the steak back into the pan and stir everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- Cut steak against the grain for tenderness.
- Use fresh vegetables for the best flavor.
- Adjust the soy sauce depending on your salt preference.
