  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large pan, cook the onion and carrots until soft.
  3. Add the steak and sausage, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the flour and mix well.
  5. Add the beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.
  7. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  8. Cover with puff pastry and seal the edges.
  9. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
