- 4 medium potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potato wedges on the grill or in the skillet, cooking for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- While the potatoes cook, grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and potatoes from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish the steaks with fresh parsley and serve with potatoes.
