A delicious steak and parmesan pasta dish that is easy to make and perfect for beginners.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 pound of steak, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the steak strips to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and steak back to the skillet.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Do not overcook the steak to keep it tender.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor.
- You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
