Description

A delicious steak and parmesan pasta dish that is easy to make and perfect for beginners.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 1 pound of steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the steak strips to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and steak back to the skillet.
  7. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
