A simple and delicious recipe for Starbucks-style egg bites you can make at home.

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheese, spinach, and bell pepper.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Use any cheese you like for variety.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
