Easy St. Patrick’s Day Treats that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Green food coloring
  • Gold chocolate coins for decoration

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Mix in a few drops of green food coloring until you achieve your desired shade.
  4. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Let it cool for about 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into squares and decorate with gold chocolate coins.

Notes

  • Make sure to grease your hands when pressing the mixture into the dish.
  • For a more vibrant color, add more green food coloring.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
