Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Green food coloring
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and a few drops of green food coloring.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Grease a cake pan and pour the batter in.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool completely before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and extra green food coloring if desired.
Notes
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- Don’t overmix the batter to keep the cake fluffy.
- Check the cake a few minutes before the timer goes off.
