- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, feta cheese, ricotta cheese, and eggs.
- Add garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to the mixture. Stir well.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil until combined.
- Grease a baking dish and pour the spinach mixture into it.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
