  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together Nutella, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
