Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Pour tomato sauce over the meatballs in the pan. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve meatballs over spaghetti. Top with additional Parmesan if desired.
