Ingredients
- Spaghetti – 400g
- Ground beef – 500g
- Breadcrumbs – 100g
- Egg – 1
- Parmesan cheese – 50g, grated
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Onion – 1, finely chopped
- Tomato sauce – 800g
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour tomato sauce over the meatballs in the pan. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve meatballs over spaghetti. Top with additional Parmesan if desired.
