Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt.
  2. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. While spaghetti cooks, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add heavy cream to the saucepan and stir well.
  5. Bring the cream mixture to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce.
  9. Toss well to combine and coat the spaghetti evenly.
