Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt.
- Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- While spaghetti cooks, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream to the saucepan and stir well.
- Bring the cream mixture to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
