Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If using, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
