Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and lime juice.
  2. Add ranch dressing and mix until evenly coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon some of the mixture onto the center.
  5. Add avocado slices and a sprinkle of cheese on top.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
