A tasty southwest chicken wrap perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and lime juice.
- Add ranch dressing and mix until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon some of the mixture onto the center.
- Add avocado slices and a sprinkle of cheese on top.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or lettuce.
- Wrap tightly to prevent filling from spilling out.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
