- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil sweet potatoes until tender, then mash them.
- In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes and sugar until smooth.
- Add milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let the pie cool before serving.
