Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup active sourdough starter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the sourdough starter and warm water.
- Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Shape the risen dough and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Check your starter is active before using.
- Don’t rush the kneading process; it helps develop gluten.
