Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the milk slowly, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Place the dish in the smoker and cook for 1 hour or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the smoker and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
